This media replace 88NH0312BB07, and 88NH0312BA12. However, it does not contain the aluminum distribution tray.

• Fits Carrier humidifier models 49BB001/910A and 49BH/912A-912B.
• Measures approximately 11" x 11.9" x 3".
• Honeycomb filtration to trap mineral pollutants found in water and help prevent them from entering your home.
• For optimum performance, replace filter once every 6 months or more often in hard water areas.
