Returns and Damages:
Please inspect your
order as soon as it arrives and contact us if your shipment is damaged. Filters
that are unopened can be returned for a refund. Call us at 1-888-891-6317 or
email us at sales@yourfilterconnection.com if you have any questions or
problems.
About refunds and shipping:
Items may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a refund, less shipping
and handling (note that outbound shipping costs on items that originally
received free shipping will be charged at the time of the return). Items must
be returned in new unopened re-sellable condition. You can ship the items back
via your preferred method, although we recommend using a parcel service such a
UPS ground or Fed Ex ground because of the ability to track the package and
also its ability to insure your package against loss or damage. Please pack
your return carefully. We cannot give a refund on items that have been damaged
in transit back to our warehouses; we will hold the items for inspection by
your carrier so that you can make a proper insurance claim. In some cases the
shipping charges for an order do not reflect the actual shipping charges
incurred to ship an order. Expect in some return situations for your return
charges via your carrier to be more expensive than that charged by Your Filter
Connection. Once an item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to
the same card originally used for the order. Returns are normally processed
within 5 business days after we receive the item back. We do not offer
exchanges. Please make a new order for the correct item you need and return the
items not needed for credit.
